Nand Niwas a premium assisted senior citizen Resort & Hotel stay which is managed by Bhagwatidevi Nandlal Agrawal Charitable Trust. Our mission is to create assisted living facility for senior citizens, which will provide an alternative lifestyle where they
can live with dignity, enjoy an active social life and, most importantly, feel safe, secure and happy.
This Resort & Hotel is brainchild and dream project of Mr Rajendra Kumar Agrawal owner of reputed transport company namely Adhunik Transport Organization Ltd. He always wanted to create an atmosphere for senior citizens, which will help them
start their new innings after retirement with premium amenities at reasonable cost.
Nand Niwas is built to redefine retirement living, a place to start your new innings joyfully. Nand Niwas is located in the heart of Nature at Igatpuri with major hospitals in the vicinity and sound medical facilities in-house.
This facility is managed by reputed Managing Committee Members who have offered their honorary services for this
noble cause and assisted by experienced staff. Committee Members will personally be attached to the Resort & Hotel to ensure professional management and maintaining high standard of services.
