OUR STORY
Changing lifestyles, shortage of living space and a growing security concern for seniors in urban areas motivated us to launch Nand Niwas While conceptualizing the community in an urban fabric, we drew inspiration from two well established traditional security nets available in our Indian society, the "Joint Family Homes" and our "Mohalla Culture".
Joint Family: In our Senior Living Facility Home, all residents and team members are one big family where the younger generation is assisting and taking care of the seniors with the love and respect that they deserve. At Nand Niwas, you can expect all the advantages of a typical large joint family home with the added advantage of complete individual privacy.
Mohalla: Clustering a number of modular units together, common dining areas, community participation in festivities and celebrations encourage our residents to physically and emotionally bond as it happens in Mohalla’s across the country.
