CAN I BUY RESIDENTIAL UNIT AT NAND NIWAS?
No. Living units at Nand Niwas are available only on a long-term stay option.

HOW CAN I BECOME RESIDENT OF NAND NIWAS? WHAT DOCUMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED?
1. You need to complete and submit the application form. This form is available on Nand Niwas website or can be collected from our office. The submitted form will be scrutinised by a screening committee and the information provided, if required, would be verified.
2. You would then be asked to undergo a medical examination to verify your medical fitness level.
3. Once the medical examination has been cleared, you can select your unit and an agreement between you and Nand Niwas would be executed.
All the required documents are listed in the application form. -
CAN I HAVE BIRTHDAY/ANNIVERSARY PARTIES AT NAND NIWAS?
Yes you can have Birthday/Anniversary parties at Nand Niwas. We also make all arrangements to meet your needs for the day.

CAN I PAY THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND SUBLET MY LIVING UNIT?
No. This option is not available at Nand Niwas.

No. All your requirements will be taken care of by the staff members of Nand Niwas.
